What is My Companion Box?
My Companion Box is a bi-monthly subscription box built specifically for women on a GLP-1 wellness journey. Every other month we curate 10-12 full and sample size products — supplements, snacks, and wellness essentials — vetted specifically for your changing body. Over $100 value every box for $39.99. Who is this box for?

Who created My Companion Box?
We did — Sarah and Allison, two friends who lost over 150 pounds combined on our own GLP-1 journeys. We built the box we wished existed when we started. Every product we include is something we'd recommend to a friend on the same path. Read more about our story HERE

What's actually in the box?
Every box is different — we never repeat the same box twice. Products tackle the real challenges of the GLP-1 journey including nausea relief, digestive comfort, protein support, energy and fatigue, electrolytes, hair and nail support, healthy snacking, and filling the nutritional gaps that come with eating less. Think of it as your bi-monthly discovery kit for what actually works.

Are the products full size?
Both! Every box includes a mix of full size and sample size products. We intentionally include samples so you can try before you commit to full size — because nothing is worse than spending $40 on something that doesn't work for your body.

Can I choose what's in my box?
Not at this time — the magic of MCB is the curation. We do the research, test the products, and hand-pick everything based on what's most relevant for the GLP-1 journey right now. New products every box means you're always discovering something that could be a game changer.

Are the products safe to take on GLP-1 medications?
We take this seriously. Every product we include is vetted with GLP-1 users specifically in mind. We do not include anything that conflicts with GLP-1 medications. That said, everyone's body and medication protocol is different — we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before adding any new supplement to your routine. When in doubt, ask your doctor first.

What if I'm allergic to something in my box?
We include full ingredient information for every product in your box. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review ingredients carefully before use. If something doesn't work for you, share it with a friend who may enjoy it.

Is your box gluten free?
My Companion Box is not a gluten-free box — our curated products span a wide range of supplements, snacks, and wellness essentials that may contain gluten. If you have celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list for each product before use. Got something in your box that isn't right for you? Pass it along to a friend — we love that our boxes create moments of sharing and discovery. 🤍

Subscription and Billing

How does the subscription work?
Choose between a one-time purchase ($39.99) or a bi-monthly subscription ($33.99 — save 15% every box). Subscribers are billed every two months in their anniversary date, and receive a fresh box of new products each cycle. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime — no hoops, no guilt.

When will I be charged?
Subscribers are charged every two months from their original purchase date. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so you're never surprised.

How do I skip a box?
Log into your account at mycompanionbox.com, navigate to your subscription, and select Skip Next Box. Easy. We get it — life happens.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, go to your subscription settings, and select Cancel. We'd love to know why you're leaving so we can keep improving — but there's no pressure and no runaround. Cancel anytime.

How do the discount codes work?
Discount codes can be applied at checkout. One code per order. Codes cannot be combined with the subscription discount. If you have a code and want to subscribe, reach out to us and we'll make it work.

Can I gift a subscription?
Yes, just put the billing in your name, and the mailing address in the gift recivers name — but you can also purchase a one-time box as a gift for someone you love on their GLP-1 journey. Just enter their shipping address at checkout.

Shipping & Returns

When does my box ship?
Boxes ship within 5 business days of your order or renewal date. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your box is on its way.

Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship everywhere in the United States, except for Hawaii.

Are any purchases final sale?
If your box arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. We stand behind every box we send.

What if my box arrives damaged?
We're so sorry — that's not the experience we want for you. Email us at hello@mycompanionbox.com with a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a credit. No questions asked.

What if I don't like something in my box?
We'd love your feedback — it genuinely helps us curate better boxes. While we can't accept returns on opened products, if something arrived damaged or defective reach out and we'll take care of you. If you know you won't like something, share it with a friend who will.
