Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns since we are sending supplements and food items. If you are unhappy with your box, please contact us so we can make it right.
When does my box ship?
You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on the way! Usually within two days of ordering.
What if I don't like something in my box?
That's literally the point! You try samples so you DON'T waste money on full-size products you hate. No refunds needed - just skip that product and move on to the next one.
Are the products full-size?
Sometimes, but most of the time they're samples. When we have discount codes for full-size purchases we will be sure to share them!
Can I choose what's in my box?
Not right now, but we're working on customization options! For now, we curate based on what's new, what's working, and what we're excited about. Think of us as your personal shoppers.
What if I'm allergic to something?
Please read all labels carefully before consuming.
Is this just for women?
Absolutely not! While our primary audience is women, anyone on GLP-1s is welcome. Good products work for everyone.
What GLP-1 medications do you support?
All of them! Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide - if you're on a GLP-1, we're here for you.
How do the discount codes work?
When available, products in your box come with a unique discount code (usually 15-30% off). You will get an insert with your box that will have a QR code to the landing page that will contain all of the discounts and codes.
