I'm Allison, founder of My Companion Box, a subscription box created specifically for people taking GLP-1 medications like Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy and Ozempic. Over the last four years, I've lost more than 45 pounds on Mounjaro and Zepbound. Along the way, finding the best GLP-1 support products became a bit of an obsession.
