Hello, I'm Allison
I'm Allison. My weight has been a rollercoaster my entire life. I've gone up, I've gone down, and I've tried just about every diet out there hoping one would finally stick. Each time I thought I had it figured out, the ride would drop again, and I'd be right back where I started — frustrated, exhausted, and wondering if lasting change was even possible.
Three years ago, when hardly anyone was talking about GLP-1s, I decided to take a chance. There wasn't much information at the time and I felt like I was stepping into the unknown. What I did know was that I was ready to stop living on the rollercoaster and start looking for something sustainable.
The beginning wasn't easy. I dealt with all the side effects — nausea that made me question if it was worth it, fatigue that slowed me down, headaches that wouldn't go away, and the worst dry mouth of my life. It felt like another uphill climb. But this time I kept going. I learned to listen to my body, adjust, and find the balance that worked for me. I lost over 40 pounds in about six months and have been in maintenance for two and a half years on Zepbound.
Today I'm in a completely different place. I've found the right supplements, the right proteins, the right snacks that give me energy and confidence and help me maintain my weight. I'm no longer stuck on the endless ride up and down. I feel like a new person — finally able to step off the rollercoaster and live with steadiness, strength, and hope for what comes next. And I want every single woman on this journey to find what I found.
Why my companion box?
I was tired of three things:
1. Wasting money on products that didn't work
I've spent thousands of dollars on full-size products that ended up in the back of the cabinet or in the trash. There had to be a better way.
2. Sorting through marketing BS
Every week, dozens of new products launch claiming to be "perfect for GLP-1 users." Most are just jumping on the trend. I wanted real testing, honest reviews, and products that actually deliver.
3. Feeling alone in the journey
The GLP-1 journey can be isolating. Insurance issues, side effects, people who don't get it - I wanted to build a community where you're not just another customer, you're part of something bigger.
So I created My Companion Box - the subscription box I wished existed when I started. A place where you can try products risk-free, get honest guidance, and connect with people who actually understand what you're going through.
