When does my box ship?
You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on the way! Usually within two days of ordering. Subscriptions ship on your anniversary date, every other month.
What if I don't like something in my box?
That's literally the point! You try samples so you DON'T waste money on full-size products you hate. No refunds needed - just skip that product and move on to the next one.
Are the products full-size?
Sometimes! There is usually a mix between full and sample size products. But mostly, items are sample size.
Can I choose what's in my box?
Not right now, but we're working on customization options! For now, we curate based on what's new, what's working, and what we're excited about. Think of us as your personal shoppers.
What if I'm allergic to something?
Please read all labels carefully before consuming.
What GLP-1 medications do you support?
All of them! Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide - if you're on a GLP-1, we're here for you.
